About a year ago, maybe a bit longer (the game invitation was launched on July 30), we were planning to begin Rise of the Runelords to playtest the Beta of Pathfinder and explore Golarion, a new and exiting world with so much posibilities. Yet again as always when beginning a new game or a new story, you need to decide on your protagonists...

So the question was who to play? It was an easy question for me at the moment, I have always loved D&D clerics and years ago I left a 9th level cleric lost in a camapign we never retook... so the choice was easy. It would be Jordan Fenix, LG Cleric... now I just needed a god who followed his ethos Justice, War and Chivalry, to my surprise and happyness I found just what I was looking for Iomedae, a female goddess of paladins and justice...

And so the decision was made I was to remade Jordan as a follower of Iomedae... but It has passed a long time from my alst game, and we were beginning from level 1... Jordan had an story already lived, so I thought what would be better for the game, and after some thought I decided to make my character a female and daughter of my old character, her name also Jordan (after a few new TV shows I liked that name for a female, I thank that to 'Meeting Jordan' )

Well with tha decided theonly thing left was both to make the character and write the background. Since then Jordan has chged a lot, and at the same time remained the same, for me its one of my iconic character along with Natalia (I will talk later about ehr, but lets just say there are about 4 versions of her).

Jordan's background is always the same, daughter of a cleric of Iomedae (I changed the name to not confuse myself and others) and a sorcerous redhead that is executed by the townfolks after using her witchery to save her daughter from a terrible fate. Having born marked by Iomedae she has decided to dedicate her life to battle darkness, offer justice and stop evil, whatever needed to be done.

She has visited varisia and fighted goblins, ghouls and a myriad of monsters.

She has visited Absalom in a different story and combat reapers and thugs.

She was born in Vesper, an unamed town of Vesper; then she was birn uin the same town in Ustalav, close enough and better to her background.

She hurts for her mother lost, yet she will sacrifice herself to protect others.

I began with 2 stories, right now I have here only one published, but that si because her is story has goen far away from where it began, and I like that.

Hope you enjoy her adventures as much as I do as they are presented in "Decisions of Faith". And to continue I brought art that had been rendered by friends about Jordan.

Interesting! When I re-take characters, I always play that somehow the skills got rusted and you are remembering them as time goes by and you use them again ;).

I had a healthy mature cleric, some 55 years old, that supposely had lived through many adventures but that he was reclused on a monastery for like 15 years, in that meantime he prettymuch "forgot" most of his knowledge and skills and now that he's adventuring again, he often goes, "oh, now I remember how to cast Owl's Widom!" and so on. Its not entirely accurate but hey, its fantasy! Also I think there should be a system or something that you can loose/forguet levels if you don't stay sharp. That's a decent explanation why the old kings are not all 20th level characters. They may go adventuring every few years, gain a couple levers and then lose one in the next few years they stayed on the throne room.
